(1) Where a person is refused admission for becoming a member of a self-supporting co-operative society by the Board, he may file an appeal against his refusal to the Arbitration Council within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of his refusal. (2) The Arbitration Council shall decide the appeal filed under sub- section (7) within a period of ninety days from the date of filing such appeal, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the applicant.
