PROCEDURE FOR EJECTMENT. - Any dispute relating to rent payable by a • tenant, or any objection relating to the permissible area, not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, shall be determined in a summary manner as provided for in Section 14-A; provided that the order of the Commissioner, in appeal or revision in the ordinary course, shall be final.
