No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Corporation or any director including the Executive Director, or any officer or employee or any other person authorised by the Corporationtodischarge any functions under this Act for any loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
