Appeal against the refusal to grant or renew of licence/registration or revocation of licence or registration.-Any person, who has been refused grant or renewal of licence or registration, or whose license or registration has been revoked under these rules, on receipt of information of such refusal or revocation, as the case may be, may appeal against the decision of the State Level Committee to the Administrative Secretary of the Department of Forests and Wildlife Preservation within a period of thirty days of the refusal/revocation.
