A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or body of the University, if he,- (i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or (ii) is an un-discharged insolvent; or (iii) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; or PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), FEBRUARY 12, 2015 (MAGHA 23, 1936 SAKA) 43 (iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination in any form.
