(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely :- Functions of the Finance Committee. (a) the Vice-Chancellor; : Chairperson (b) the Dean, Academic Affairs; : Member (c) the Registrar of the University; : Member (d) two persons nominated by the Society : Members out of whom one shall be a financial expert; and (e) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer. : Secretary (2) The members nominated by the Society shall hold office for a period of two years.
