Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Trust shall run a special school for imparting education at least fifty students in 11th class (i.e. +1) and at least fifty students in 12th class (i.e. +2), free of cost, which shall also include the facility of free accommodation and free diet. Admission of the students shall be made on the basis of merit.
