Section 21

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or body of the University, if he,- (i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or (ii) is an un-discharged insolvent; or (iii) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; or (iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination in any form.
