(1) Notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other Punjab laws, for the time being in force, the provisions of this Act shall have an overriding effect. 2[(2) The provisions of the following State enactments and the rules made by the State Government under any enactment shall be deemed to have been amended, if so required, to conform with the provisions of this Act in so far as these are necessary to implement the provisions of this Act, namely:- Serial no.
