If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the same: 1Substituted for words “Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises” by Punjab Act No. 14 of 2025, Section 10 Power to remove difficulties. Power to make rules. Protection of action taken in good faith. Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
