(1) Every Unaided Educational Institution shall constitute a Fund, to be called the Unaided Educational Institution Development Fund. (2) The following shall be credited to the Fund, namely: - (a) fee; (b) charge; (c) funds; (d) any other charge or sum, which may be realized by the Unaided Educational Institution for any purpose; and (e) any contributions, endowments or gifts received by the Un-aided Educational Institution.
