No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairperson or any member of the Regulatory Body or any officer or other employee or any person acting under the direction either of the Government or of the Regulatory Body, in respect of anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder.
