(1) The Regulatory Body shall meet at such time and place as the Chairperson may decide. (2) The Regulatory Body shall follow such procedure of working, as may be prescribed (3) All orders and decisions of the Regulatory Body shall be authenticated by the Member- Secretary or any other officer, authorized by him.
