(1) Every Unaided Educational Institution shall maintain proper accounts of fee and charges, and also maintain other relevant record and prepare annual statement of accounts in such form, as may be prescribed. Bp) The ace 1 1 % (2) Theaccounts maintained onder sub-section (1), shall be audited by a qualified Charted Accountant.
