(1) Any Crusher Unit with a valid Consent to Operate issued by the Punjab Pollution Control Board shall be eligible to apply for Registration with the Department. (2) Every legal entity applying for registration of Crusher Unit shall,- (a) possess permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department; (b) possess Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN); and (3) fulfill such other criteria, as may be prescribed.
