(1) The grant of a Stockist and Retailer Licence shall be issued on demand. (2) Every l egal entity applying for a Stockist and Retailer Licence shall,– (a) possess Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department; (b) possess Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN); and (c) fulfill such other criteria, as may be prescribed.
