Power of cancellation of permission. - (1) If at any time after permission has been granted under sub-section (4) of section 81, the Competent Authority is satisfied that such permission was granted in consequence of any material misrepresentation made or any fraudulent statement or information furnished, the Competent Authority may, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the person in whose favour the permission had been granted, cancel such permission for reasons to be recorded in writing and any development carried out without proper permission shall be treated as unauthorised development in terms of the provisions of section 89 and proceeded with accordingly. (2) The decision of the Competent Authority in this respect shall be final and no appeal shall lie against such decision. CHAPTER XII Town Development Schemes
