Master Plan of site of New Town. - After the designation of a site for a new town and after the designation of a Planning Agency for the same, the Designated Planning Agency shall prepare a Master Plan for the new town and the provisions of [Sections 70 and 75] shall mustatis mutandis apply to such a Master Plan.
