Amendment of Master Plan. - (1) At any time after the date on which the Master Plan for an area comes into operation, and at least once after every ten years, after that date, the Designated Planning Agency shall after carrying out such fresh surveys as may be considered necessary or as directed by the [State Government], prepare and submit to the Board, a Master Plan after making alterations or additions as it considers necessary. (2) The provisions of [Sections 70 and 75] shall mutatis mutandis as far as may be possible, apply to the Master Plan submitted under sub-section (1).
