Expenses of Designated Planning Agency. - [State Government] may determine in the prescribed manner the amount which a local authority, State Government or any other authority functioning in the Planning Area shall pay to the Designated Planning Agency as contribution towards the expenses incurred by it in the discharge of its functions under this Act and the amount shall be accordingly paid.
