Circumstances under which nominated member shall vacate office. - If a member of the Board nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 - (a) becomes subject to any disqualification referred to in Section 5; or (b) absents himself, without permission of the Chairman, from three consecutive meetings of the Board, the State Government shall declare his office to be vacant.
