General disqualifications of officers and employees. - No person who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or through his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract by or on behalf of the Authority, or in any employment under, by or on behalf of the Authority, otherwise than as an officer or employee thereof, shall become or remain an officer or employee of the Authority.
