Appointment of Committees. - Subject to any regulations made in this behalf by the Authority, the Authority may, from time to time, appoint one or more committees for the purpose of securing the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority and in particular for the purpose of ensuring the efficient maintenance of public amenities and execution of development works and projects.
