Power of the Board to make regulations

Power of the Board to make regulations. - The Board may make regulations, consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, to carry out the purposes of this Act, and, without prejudice to the generality of this power, the Board may make regulations, - (a) for regulating its procedure and the conduct of the business under section 11; (b) providing for the functions which the Member Secretary of the Board may discharge under section 12; (c) the functions to be assigned by the Board to the Member-Secretary under section 12; [(dd) for the matters relating to heritage site;] (f) providing for any other matter which has to be or may be specified by regulations.
