Protection of action taken in good faith. - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the Authority or the Competent Authority or any of its officers or persons duly appointed or authorised in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done or purporting to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
