Members, Officers and employees to be public servants. - Every member, officer and other employee of the Authority, the Competent Authority, Appellate Authority, Arbitrator and the Tribunal of Appeal shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
