Disposal of surplus amount. - Where after completing and meeting all the costs of a scheme as provided in this Act, any amount from the sums paid to the Authority under this Act remains as surplus, the Authority shall, in consultation with the owners of the plots, spend such surplus amount for providing further amenities within the area of the scheme.
