Payment by adjustment of account. - All payments due to be made to any person by the Authority under this Act shall, as far as possible, be made by an adjustment in such person's account with the Authority in respect of the re-constituted plot concerned, or of any other plot in which he has an interest and failing such adjustment shall be paid in cash in such other manner as may be agreed upon by the parties.
