Power to vary scheme. - Notwithstanding anything contained in section 118, a scheme may, at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published by means of notice and sanctioned in accordance with this Act : Provided that when a scheme is so varied the provisions of this Chapter shall, so far as may be applicable, apply to such variation and making of subsequent scheme and the date of the declaration of intention of the Authority to vary the scheme shall, for the purposes of sections 94, 100, 123, 124 and 126 be deemed to be the date of declaration of intention to make a scheme referred to in those sections.
