Arbitrator to assist Tribunal in advisory capacity and his remuneration. - (1) The Arbitrator shall not be required to give evidence in the proceedings before the Tribunal of Appeal but the President may require him to assist the Tribunal of Appeal in an advisory capacity. (2) Where the Arbitrator is required under sub-section (1) to assist the Tribunal of Appeal, he shall, save where he is a salaried officer of the State Government, be entitled to such fees, as the State Government may from time to time determine.
