The date of joining of the teachers shall be that date on which or it shall be they actually join the posts in pursuance of this Act deemed to be that date, after all the selected teachers in pursuance of the advertisements, dated the 28th December, 1994 and the 12th January, 1996, have joined the posts against which they were selected, whichever is later.
