(1) AIl teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University, shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations made under this Act. (2) The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing the teaching of such courses and curricula shall be such, as may be prescribed. 7.(1) The Chief Justice of ndia or his nominee, who shall be a senior Vicitor. judge of the Supreme Court, shall be the Visitor of the University. (2) The Visitor when present, shall preside over the convocations of the University and the meetings of the General Council.
