The seating shall be so arranged as not to interfere with free access to exits, and both the exits and passages and gangways leading to them shall throughout the performance be kept clear of all obstacles. [84A. A place licensed temporarily for exhibitions by means of touring cinematographs - (a) shall not be within a radius of [200] meters from :- (i) a place of worship, a cremation ground, a graveyard, a cementery; or (ii) a recognised educational institution, such as a college, a high school or girls school, or any residential institution attached to such educational institutions; or (iii) a public hospital with a large patient ward; or (iv) an orphanage containing one hundred or more inmates; or _______________________________ *See Pb.
