Power of Government to award or alter rates for admission to cinematograph exhibition:- If the Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, amend or alter the rates for admission to the cinematograph exhibition and the licensee shall comply with such order accordingly.
