Cinematograph projectors shall be placed on film supports constructed of fire-resisting material and shall be provided with a metal shutter which can be readily inserted between the source of light and the film gate. This shutter shall immediately be dropped in the event of an accident to the cinematograph apparatus or stoppage of the film and shall only be raised when the film is in motion for the purpose of projection. _______________________________________ *See Pb.
