(1) All offences under sections 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48 shall be cognizable and non-bailable. (2) The prisoner shall undergo the sentence awarded under sections 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48 after the completion of the sentence he is already undergoing. (3) The offences referred to in sections 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 insofar as they are not defined in this Act, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023.
