No prison officer or staff shall have any business dealing with any prisoner or any relative or friend of a prisoner, directly or indirectly, nor shall he have any business dealings with any prison or correctional institution or have any interest, direct or indirect, in any contract for supply of provisions or any other articles to the prison nor shall he derive any benefit, directly or indirectly, from the sale or purchase of any such provisions or articles.
