(1) The Punjab Prevention of Defacement of Property Ordinance, 1997 (Punjab Ordinance No. 3 of 1997), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section () shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
