In section 11 of the principal Act,— (i) in the marginal heading, for the words ‘‘valuable thing’’, the words ‘‘undue advantage’’ shall be substituted; (ii) the words ‘‘or agrees to accept’’ shall be omitted; (iii) for the words ‘‘valuable thing’’, the words ‘‘undue advantage’’ shall be substituted; (iv) for the words ‘‘official functions’’, the words ‘‘official functions or public duty’’ shall be substituted.
