In the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, in Part A of the Schedule, for Paragraph 8, the following Paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “PARAGRAPH 8 OFFENCES UNDER THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT, 1988 (49 OF 1988) Section Description of offence.
