In section 23 of the principal Act,— (a) in the marginal heading, for the word, figures, brackets and letter “section 13 (1) (c)”, the word, figures, brackets and letter “section 13 (1) (A)” shall be substituted; (b) for the word, brackets and letter “clause (c)”, the word, brackets and letter “clause (a)” shall be substituted.
