(I) The non-official members of the State Vigilance Committee and a District Vigilance Committee shall be appointed for a period of three years and after the expiry of the period of their appointment they shall be eligible for re-appointment. (2) The non-official members of the State Vigilance Committee and the District Vigilance Committees shall be entitled to travelling allowance, sitting allowance and any other allowances at such rates as the State Government may, from time to time, determine.
