() On the Commence ment of this Act, or as soon thereafter as may be, the State Government shall appoint a State Vigilance Commit tee which shall consist of () the Secretary of the Authority who shall be its Chaitman ; (ii) two representativcs of the Voluntary organisations: (üi) the State Family Wlfure Officer, Punjab : (iv) a gynaecologist; () a medical geneticist ; and (i) a civil surge on of a District, (2) All the members referred to in sub-section (/) excepting the Chairman shall be nominated by the State Government.
