(1) The State Government shall constitute a Police Establishment Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Establishment Committee), which shall consist of the following police officers, at the Headquarters, namely:- (a) the Director General of Police; : Chairperson (b) the Head of State Intelligence : Member Wing; Administration of State Police.
