Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, members, officials and employees of the Authority and the Board deemed to be public servants The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, members, officers and other employees of the Authority and the Board, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, the rules and regulations made there under, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, (Act No. 45 of 1860).
