(2) The Board shall be a body corporate by the ranee aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the previsions orgthis Act and the rules made thercW der. to acquire. own or transfer property, both movable and immovable., and ray'by the said name suc and be sued. (2) The names of members appointed understab-section in the official Gazette and every such appointment shall date on whiCh it is so published. 13
