Except as provided in the foregoing regulations, the evening classes shall be governed by the regulations laid down for day classes in respect of matters not otherwise provided for, viz., dates of admission, migration, tuition fees, attendance requirements, conditions laid down for admission to the University examinations. Rate of fees for evening classes may, however, be higher up to 100% of the rates prescribed by the University for day classes.
