Every College Principal shall associate with him a Standing Advisory Council consisting of not less than 6 and not more than 10 Professors/Associate Professors or Readers as the case may be by rotation according to seniority for a term of three years, for the smooth functioning of the College Administration. Provided that if the requisite number of Professors/Associate Professors or Readers as the case may be, is not on staff of the college, the Principal shall associate other teachers according to seniority, to the extent necessary.
