Audit of Accounts of Panchayat Samitis.-- Accounts of the receipts and expenditure of every Panchayat Samiti shall be kept and made up in such form and manner as may be prescribed and the Panchayat Samiti shall make arrangements for the examination and audit of the accounts by such persons as the State Government appoints in this behalf.
