It has also been decided that the entire price of the above properties will be paid by the Punjab Government within a period of 3 years commencing from lst April, 1961. The payment will be made half yearly so as to complete the entire price in six instalments. The first instalment will be paid on lst October, 1961. These instalments will not bear any interest. The last instalment will be paid on or before 31st March, 1964.
